Almizan real estate is looking for sales manager who have can address client requirements with the utmost finesse. We are looking to hire the right Sales representative with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead sales through personal effort, team effort and own network. We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. Job Description:

  • Creating on line and off line marketing strategy to generate leads, (attracting customers)
  • Putting in place a plan to convert leads, (Sales funnel management)
  • Find & Negotiating Selling properties to HNI Clients
  • Acquiring clients for real estate sales
  • Must have full knowledge of All the projects from the Developers in Dubai
  • Should have track record of Sales

2) He/ She will manage the strategy by recruiting and developing a broker network and own sales team.

  • Identify the proper brokers in the GCC and own sales force.
  • Develop and implement a proper induction plan for new joiner. (Brokers and own team members)
  • Monitor the online marketing plan and its implementation.

3) Leads team performance:

  • Set the right example by participating in selling efforts
  • Set, monitor and drive activities (sales KPI’s) to achieve sales targets in a healthy motivating environment for both brokers and own sales team.
  • Manage communication and share best practices among network and own sales team members.

4) Develop team performance:

  • When needed, they will develop performance of both Brokers and Own sales force.
  • Hold people accountable for performance.

REQUIREMENTS:

– Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

– Ability to work independently and target oriented.

– Ability to think out of the box and to resolve issues.

– Honest, enthusiastic and organized.

– Other information: Ideal candidate is between 32 to 40 years of age holder of a Bachelor degree (MBA preferred).

– Fluent English & Bi-lingual is a plus.

– Proficient with CRM & MS OFFICE.

– Available to join immediately.

– Rera certificate Preferred.

– Valid UAE driving License must with own car
