Farm Administrator – Arabic Speaker + UAE D/L

Admin Work

§ Act as main contact person between office and the farm

§ Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

§ Organize and schedule meetings and appointments

§ Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

§ Coordinate with Procurement department to order work supplies

§ Provide general support to visitors

§ Manage administrative work like : writing letters and emails, replying to email, telephone or face to face enquiries, preparing and sorting documents for data entry

§ Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

§ Maintain up-to-date employee records

§ Enter data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted (if needed and requested by Trainer)

§ Create data backups as part of a contingency plan

§ Respond to information requests from authorized members

§ Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost

§ Generate reports & creates presentations

§ Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation

§ Responsible to monitor and verify the animal inventory

§ Monitor and keep track of animal health/ vaccinations/ medicines etc. in coordination with Trainer

§ Coordinating with the Accountant/ Inventory Controller in the office to ensure farm requirements are reported and procured

§ Responsible to coordinate with Workers in the farm and report their queries to the office

§ Raise issue to Head Office concerning employee requests and complaints

§ Document daily expenses and monitor petty cash in coordination with trainer

§ Initiate employee engagement activities and employee efficiency through various channels

§ Ensure HSE procedure is maintained and monitored within the farm in coordination with trainer

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED1.00 – AED2.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
