We are hiring Mol / E-visa typist (Male / Female) any nationality should have knowledge of Arabic as well as process the documents for all the visa applications such as new employment visas, dependent /servant visas, investor visas, renewals, and cancellations.

Job Description

· To prepare online Emirates Id and Medical DHA /MOH Application forms related to government requirements for the processing of new/renewed visa applications

· Dealing with Phone Calls, Emails, and Direct customers

· Facilitating Visa Process for Employment and Dependent

· Arrange and Type Medical & Emirates ID Applications

· Coordinate General Office administration tasks

· Communicate with Customers and maintain a good relationship

· Avoid the penalties by doing the assigned tasks before deadlines

· Documents receiving and preparations / Proper filing

· Record keeping of all electronic billing / Transaction’s records.

Qualification Requirements:

· Proven UAE work experience as a Typist in any Typing Centers

· Fast typing skills; using a touch-typing system is a plus

· Experience using data recorders and optical scanners

· Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets

· Familiarity with office equipment

· Strong English language skills

· Attention to detail with an ability to spot grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
Confidentiality

· High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus

· 5-7 Years’ experience in typing

· Experience in Tasheel , Labour , Immigration, e Channel is must !

· Age 25 – 30 Only,
