We are looking for a dynamic real estate agent in Dubai to join our fast-growing firm. The residential / commercial real estate will work as an intermediary on rental properties between owners and potential tenants, oversee property transactions between buyers and sellers, and assist with new business development.

Objectives of this Role

· Be responsible for the end-to-end management of deals for the sale of residential / commercial properties, ensuring a positive client experience

· Act as the main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers to ensure a fair dealing for all parties

· Assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale, and offer advice to interested buyers

· Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases, etc.) prior to the sale of a commercial property

· Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties

· Conduct research on the local market and stay up-to-date on industry trends

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

· Advise clients in the development and execution of their individualized real estate investment strategies

· Formulate thoughtful analyses of clients’ properties, including opinions of value (BOV), market comparable, and research

· Prepare marketing materials for exclusive property listings and promote to qualified buyers

· Prospect new client relationships, and network with other industry professionals

· Negotiate exclusive listing agreements, and purchase and sales agreements

· Prepare and manage documentation and internal databases to ensure most up-to-date property and client information is on record

· Participate in best-in-class training and ongoing skills-development workshops

· Partner closely with other members of staff to ensure knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration

· Assist clients in finding suitable non-residential properties to run their business from.

· Assist sellers in promoting their properties to attract qualified buyers in a reasonable amount of time.

· Provide guidance on agreements, mortgages, and market prices.

· Draft legal documents and contracts.

· Coordinate exchanges of ownership.

· Assist with negotiations between buyers and sellers.

· Manage a portfolio of rental properties.

· Fulfill a range of marketing functions, e.g. promoting properties by listing, writing advertisements, or arranging viewings.

· Attend networking functions and occasional workshops.

Skills and Qualifications

· Training or a qualification in real estate may be strongly desired.

· State licensure is a must.

· Vast knowledge of property law, property specifications, legal guidelines, procedures, and policies.

· A firm grasp of best practices within the industry.

· A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Dubai

· A self-motivated and ambitious real estate professional

· Well developed communication and relationship-building skills

· Excellent multitask and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

· A high level of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy

· Goal-oriented with a focus on personal development

· Ability to bounce back from rejection, and solve problems creatively

· Good knowledge of the local property market

· Valid driving license

Area: JBR / JVC / JLT / MARINA / AL QOUZ / DIC / DIP ( More than 50 Company Personal Properties)

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BA/BS)

· Valid Driving License
