Hiring Metal Coating Operation Manager (Metal Coating Industry, Steel & Aluminium Fabrication)

Location: Dubai Industrial City

Profile: A coating manager oversees painting and powder coating operations. Energetic, & pleasant, approach potential customers confidently with the aim of winning new business.

Expertise in:

1.SDF Powder Coating

2.PVDF / Kiner Coating

3. Aluminium Galvanizing (Optional)

4.Electro Plating for Steel / Stainless Steel (SS)

5.Notmal Coating

Experience: Min 7-10 Years UAR experience,

B2B & B2C Industry preferred (when other than competition).

Focus: Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way face to face, Relationship building, researching the market and related products.

(A coating manager oversees painting/ Sales and Powder Coating Operations)

As a coating manager, your responsibilities include planning and scheduling work, staffing and budgeting jobs, as well as directing process development, quality assurance, and cost control measures.

Other duties include assessing employee performance, conducting routine maintenance of equipment, and ensuring workplace safety.
