We are currently recruiting for a new position [ACCOUNTS MANAGER – METAL MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY ] designed to streamline our Financial service offerings to our industrial clients. As a Solution Builder for our growing team, Your primary role will be to conduct job walks, understand the customer’s needs, estimate, and propose projects. Successful candidates have a background in leading crews, hands on experience in Steal / Aluminum Coating, interacting with customers, and performing initial estimates of needed, materials, and equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

· Developing and maintaining relationships with owners, engineers, and general contractors in the greater Texas gulf coast

· Planning and implementing a plan to achieve predictable results

· Participating in update meetings to express and understand status and results of your efforts

· Conducting job walks, understanding customer’s needs, preparing estimates, and writing proposals

· Perform business development to increase client base;

· Review bid documents, plans and specifications;

· Perform on-screen takeoffs and cost estimates;

· Prepare proposals for submission to the customer;

· Assist project managers in setting up budgets and schedules

· Requirements: Industrial painting estimating experience a must;

· 5 years verifiable working knowledge of industrial coatings blue print reading and estimating;

· Strong written and oral communication skills;

· Perform daily duties with care and professionalism with attention to detail;

· Independent and self-starter with the ability to problem solve;

· Motivated, committed and highly reliable;

· Organized, detail oriented and conscious of the customer needs and cares;

· Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and criminal background check required;

· Verifiable experience in on-screen take off and estimating software including but not limited to MS Word/Excel/Project required.

What you need to succeed:

· 5+ years of in-field experience within Industrial /Steel Aluminum . Ideally you will have previous experience functioning as Superintendent in Industrial plants in the UAE or GCC.

· Application knowledge for various coating, fireproofing, grouting, and concrete materials

· Ability to define scope of work and prepare project estimates by calculating materials, labor, equipment, associated costs

· Ability to develop technical proposals to include scope, clarifications, and pricing

· Ability to effectively communicate with customers

· Ability to function in a collaborative team setting with a positive outlook

· Motivated to perform in a high demand work environment
