Job Description
The Visa and Immigration Consultant is responsible for helping individuals who are internationally relocating. Their main role is to ensure the client avoids any legal issues that may occur in relation to their relocation by assisting them to obtain visas and other related immigration doentation. Clearly communicate to client about visa requirements. Track all visa expiry dates and sends renewal instructions. Give clear and accurate information based on the current immigration & visa laws. The candidate must know about hajj visa package hotel booking procedure of Saudi Arabia.
Candidate Requirements
1. Candidate must have knowledge online websites to book flight tickets and hotel bookings.
2. Must be below the age of 40years
3. Must be enthusiastic about work
4.Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc.
5.Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
6.Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation etc.
Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant
Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel)
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
Exemplary sales skills and customer oriented approach
