• Proven experience in event coordination and management, preferably in the fragrance or cosmetics industry.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and experience with booth design.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
