Service Manager
Job Location : Dubai
Requirements:
• Education: college and above, science and engineering majors;
• Work experience: 5 years of auto after-sales experience, Chinese brand work experience preferred;
• Driver’s license, Fluent in English and Mandarin.
Job Responsibilities:
• Track the service preparation of distributors when a new product is launching, such as the procurement of the first batch of spare parts and special tools, new product training, etc.
• In accordance with the requirements of JAC, complete the research and evaluation of the distributors service center and part store;
• Responsible for the collection of market competition information and the implementation of JAC service policy, such as the research on vehicle price, spare parts price, maintenance price, warranty maintenance policies, and JAC service policy terminal implementation;
• Assist distributors to complete the planning and implementation of JAC service campaigns;
• Provide technical support as required to verify vehicle technical issues; warranty repair procedures and customer concerns;
• Follow the progress of distributors‘ service maintenance capabilities development project, such as technical training, JAC key position certification;
• In response to the batch quality of the distributors feedback, complete the collection of fault information and assist the JAC quality department to complete the cause analysis and the implementation of JAC service solutions;
• Support distributors to complete the information feedback of the pre-authorized claims as required, and track until it is closed on schedule (3 working days);
• Assist distributors to complete customer follow-up and output CSI reports. According to the JAC annual satisfaction survey plan, follow the distributors complete the filling and collection of customer satisfaction questionnaires;
• Carry out fleet customers visit every week to maintain customer relationships, collect fleet customers’ requirements and even complaints about services, quality and spare parts;
• Collect information of customer complaints, timely and accurate feedback to JAC China, and complete the proper processing of complaints under the authorization of JAC China;
• Collect the issues of newly arrived spare parts, such as wrong parts, missing parts and shortage parts, and spare parts caused by packing or logistics problems;
• Temporary work tasks, such as provide service support to other markets in Gulf region.
