Overview of the role
We are looking for a UAE National citizen with fluent English speaking skills and has the experience in administration, customer service and coordination.
This is a full time permanent role with Al Futtaim Global Aftersales in Dubai. It will work 5 days a week with 2 days off. Working hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

What you will do
As Service Administrator, your key responsibilities are as follows:

• Clerical functions and maintain personnel and administrative records and procedures.
• Amending computer job cards and invoices, to speed up workshop flow.
• Preparing all external and internal job cards and proper billing with all labour, parts, oil, sublets and consumables.
• Proper checking of invoices and related documents with computer statements to maintain accuracy.
• Arranging daily workshop performance report.
• Prepare incentive computation and claim form as per the daily time sheet.
• Required skills to be successful
• Good communication skills as the job requires a lot of coordination
• Administration or back office experience
• Good knowledge in MS Office especially MS Excel

About the team
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will be working alongside with other highly motivated and efficient associates. You will be working in a busy office environment wherein you will be dealing directly with different Stakeholders, Line Managers and associates across the organization.
