Overview of the role:

• The purpose of the job is to expand the marketing footprint of the Stellantis portfolio of brands specifically within the UAE markets and align where appropriate to the wider Trading Enterprises group. Working in conjunction with each marketing exec to ensure all assets apply for usage (cultural and literal usage rights) within scope and guidelines. Marketing communications for the entire lifecycle of ownership, new purchase, Aftersales Accessories and Parts, resale and /Used programme.

What you will do:

• Briefing agency and Center of Excellence stakeholders
• Preparing plans for sign off
• Preparing reports for both Oiriginal Equipment Manufacturer and internal committees
• Social Calendars implementation
• Regular Audits to ensure accuracy
• Update of new Very Lawful Presence and Products
• Update of all tactical events
• Projects for improvements
• Blue App integration
• Campaign briefing, implementation, and reporting
• Brand Engagement activations initiative
• Seasonal Calendar of activity for Aftersales
• Maintenance of all budget sheets and reporting

Required Skills to be successful:
1.- Customer management and coordination experience
2.- Communication skills
3.- Timely Resolution
4.- Proficient in Microsoft Office

About the Team:

• Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager and purpose of the job is to expand the marketing footprint of the Stellantis portfolio of brands specifically within the UAE markets and align where appropriate to the wider TE group. Working in conjunction with each marketing exec to ensure all assets apply for usage (cultural and literal usage rights) within scope and CI guidelines. Marketing communications for the entire lifecycle of ownership, new purchase, Aftersales Accessories and Parts, resale and /Used programme.

What equips you for the role:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing
• 1 year in marketing, preferably within a retail, customer-centric organization
• Experience with time and Project management
• Experience of Microsoft Office
