About the Position:
We are currently looking to recruit a Team Leader for Al Futtaim Logistics in Dubai. As a Team Leader in Contract Logistics, you will ensure on a day to day basis all customer requirements are managed and planned for warehouse operations and other internal departments within agreed service levels and adhering to all ex-Free zone rules and regulations.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

• Achieve defined KPI Targets
• Inbound and Outbound system functionality
• Inbound and Outbound documentation
• Reporting
• Increasing customer confidence in dealing with Al Futtaim Logistics
• Inventory control – Perpetual Inventory counts & subsequent system transactions

About You:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2-years’ experience in Customer Service preferably in a Logistics/warehousing industry. You must have an effective communication and strong interpersonal skills, with excellent planning capacity and ability to solve problems quickly. Knowledge in warehouse management system is a definite advantage!
