Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth. Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked. Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers. Prioritise multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity. Adopt a customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience.
