Co-operation with the main store SSS, Inventory and Goods flow to secure availability in the store. Co-operation with the Shopkeepers plan all changes in the commercial areas so that goods movement and replenishment can be optimised Manage daily routines to ensure store in shape as new every day. Work with Range to plan Sales and Store capacities. Operational To achieve sales space replenishment with flexibility and volume taken into consideration when merchandise to the sales floor from the stockroom using replenishment reports To assists in the stocking/merchandising of incoming truck shipment to the sales floor and stockroom To make use of product knowledge and article information in performing the replenishment task To prevent maintenance of all equipment used in the replenishment process like pallet jacks etc Customers To Work overnight filling the shelves and prepares the store when customers are not present, which eliminates safety issues for customers such as tripping over empty boxes Making sure that all empty boxes are removed and the area is ready for customers before store opening. People Management and Development Ascertain adequate training and development initiatives to secure quality performance and succession needs. Plan the weekly schedules and annual leaves of all co-workers including the time acceptance of staff in system. To ensure that all co-workers adhere to the prescribed safety and security routines. Be responsible to drive the team to achieve success in their role and future role. Financial Periodically meets with the AF Group audit team for the assessment and validation of the inventory process of IKEA, which includes the existing procedures, business application, documentation and final approvals of stock shrinkages after stock take. Monitor and control the logistics expenses such as transportation/warehousing and outsourced workforce. Be responsible for conducting annual and perpetual inventories for the store. Analyses stock deviation and discrepancies ascertaining a tolerance level for shrinkage. Monitor and control all the Transfer types (TTF) related to the recovery operations. Required Skills Required skills to be successful Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving about the departments within the store.
