Job OverviewThe Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various Human Resource & Administration functions including recruitment, employee relations, Insurance management, and learning and development… etc.Job Responsibilities: Assist in the recruitment of junior level positions and source relevant profiles.Conduct initial phone screening interview and confirm candidates’ interests.Administer and facilitate the assessments for shortlisted applicants “Excel, Typing, PowerPoint tests” when required and report the results.Coordinate face to face interviews, collect Interviews feedback form and update the results sheet.Coordinate pre-employment requirements, make sure that documents are available for visa processing, and follow-up with candidates on their visa status. Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet and vacancy status list.Book flight tickets through authorized travel agents for our staff as per business requirements.Prepare attendance reports for the monthly payroll.Handle the Medical Insurance for the Branch.Educational and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR and AdministrationUAE Labor law Knowledge.
