Housekeeping Supervisor required urgently for a reputed Five Star Luxury Hotel in Dubai:
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
- Min. 2 years of experience in a similar position with the hotels /leisure/hospitality industry
- A successful track record of managing a large team.
- High level of commercial awareness and cost control capabilities
- Previous experience managing a department and Profit and Loss account.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent grooming standards
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Strong organizational, budget management, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service.
- Familiar with Property Management Systems
