DUTY MANAGER required urgently for a reputed Five Star Deluxe Hotel in Dubai:
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality Business Administration
- 3 years of management experience or progressive growth in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in five-star hotels/resorts.
- Knowledge and understanding of safety and security procedures as related to health, liability, loss prevention, incident reporting, etc is essential.
- Experience managing a team of direct reports with a proven track record of motivating a team to provide excellent guest service.
- Able to manage operations in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
Duties:
- Serves as the Duty Manager and directs all property operations.
- Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift.
- Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation.
- Personally, assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks
