EXECUTIVE SECRETARY required urgently for a reputed high rise building construction company head office in Dubai.
Job Details:
- Graduation/Diploma.
- Min 3 years’ experience as Executive secretary with construction/ contracting companies / Engineering consultants.
- Good communication skills and computer knowledge.
- Should be able to support our Senior Managers and provide timely, high-quality assistance in all administrative and clerical capacities to top-level executives within the company.
- The applicant should be impeccably skilled and organized including the ability to schedule meetings, taking meeting notes, make travel arrangements, and organize short and long-term calendars.
- Should be self-motivated and proactive, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and have exceptional communication skills.
- Very presentable, Result oriented with excellent leadership, problem solving, time management and organization skills
- Immediate joining preferred.
