EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO required urgently for a reputed Group in Dubai:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- Previous experience as Executive Assistant role for a CEO or Senior Executive.
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
- Exemplary planning and time management skills.
- An ability to interact with high profile clients and executives.
- Flexible and has proactive approach at work
- Openness to traveling when required.
- Excellent in MS Office and related business and communication tools
- Arabic & English speaking and good communication skills. Any other language would be a distinct advantage.
- Male candidate preferred
Responsibilities:
- Attending key meetings together with CEO.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality of sensitive information of the CEO.
- Liaising with Department Heads, Staff and Clients.
- Organize files and ensure up to date of all personal documents
- Preparing research and presentations.
- Following up on strategic key projects.
- Preparing facilities for scheduled events and speaking engagements.
- Serving as a reminder for important tasks and deadlines.
- Managing diaries, organizing meetings and scheduling appointments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
- Drafting, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Copying, scanning, and sending documents.
- Taking notes, managing databases and filing systems.
- Ad hoc tasks at the request of the CEO.
