DUTY MANAGER required urgently for a reputed Five Star Deluxe Hotel in Dubai:
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality Business Administration
- 3 years of management experience or progressive growth in a customer service-oriented role, preferably in five-star hotels/resorts.
- Serves as the Manager on Duty and directs all property operations. Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property-related situation. Personally, assisting in resolving any issues and completing tasks.
- Able to manage operations in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
- Experience managing a team of direct reports with a proven track record of motivating a team to provide excellent guest service.
- Knowledge and understanding of safety and security procedures as related to health, liability, loss prevention, incident reporting, etc is essential.
