We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various channels of communication.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services
Process customer orders and returns in a timely and accurate manner
Resolve customer complaints and escalate to management when necessary
Maintain customer records and update databases as needed
Provide assistance to customers in navigating our website and other digital platforms
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge
Perform other duties as assigned
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service or related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
Must pass a background check and drug screening
