Job Description
English-speaking employee managing bookkeeping and logistics for globally-trading company.
Work location – Sharjah Industrial Area 2
Zoho One experience needed.
Experience with IT and electronics equipment would be an advantage.
Managing invoicing and coordinating customs procedures
Managing logistics
Some warehouse managing responsibilities
Other responsibilities:
Monitoring shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
Making sure that all shipment and inventory-related issues are resolved.
Developing all commercial invoices and packing lists associated with the initial bill.
Preserving timeliness and productivity while monitoring shipments and costs.
Skills
Good management and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge of all legal regulations.
Must possess working knowledge of logistics software and Microsoft Office.
A specialist who is knowledgeable about all legal responsibilities.
Experience with Zoho One is needed.
