We are seeking a dedicated Agent Support Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in providing comprehensive support to our channel partners/agents, facilitating smooth operations in AFZ Pricing and packages inquiries, license applications, and visa services. The ideal candidate will be a key player in ensuring efficient coordination across departments, prompt handling of commission invoices, and maintaining stringent adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). Previous experience in a Free zone environment is mandatory for this position. ResponsibilitiesChannel Partner Support: Act as the first point of contact for channel partners/agents for inquiries related to AFZ Pricing, packages, license applications, and visa services.Partner Portal Assistance: Provide remote assistance to channel partners in navigating and utilizing the partner portal effectively.Coordination and Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across departments to expedite the processing of trade licenses and visas for channel partner customers.Commission Invoice Management: Review commission invoices from agents, ensuring accuracy and timely release of payments.SLA Compliance: Monitor and ensure all service level agreements with channel partners and agents are met consistently.System Proficiency: Spend considerable time on internal systems, managing and tracking requests, and maintaining accurate records.Effective Communication: Maintain regular communication with channel partners and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations and resolution of issues.Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present reports on channel partner activities, highlighting challenges and successesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.Proven experience in a support role within a Free zone environment is mandatory.Strong understanding of trade license and visa processing procedures.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
