Job Description:
We are currently looking for an Employment lawyer, preferably qualified in United Arab Emirates, as well as familiar with labour law and employment practices of the countries integrated in the Africa and Middle East Region.
The role is located in the main office of the Region, in this case Dubai, UAE. It will require occasional travels across the region and sometimes to the group headquarters in Toulouse (France).
This role will report to the Regional HR Director for Africa and Middle East, and will be part of Airbus International labour law network (ILL). As part of ILL, the role will participate in the definition of Airbus employment standards, providing with the sensitivity and the specific needs of the Region. The role will support the deployment of global employment policies in the Region.
The role will also be part of the HR work streams created to manage M&A transactions in the scope of his/her knowledge and duties, as part of the HR M&A network.
The responsibilities will include the following:
constructive social dialogue with employees, social partners and unions organisation where applicable;
The role will be dealing with external legal counsels to cover the diversity in the Region when needed.
