We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant Payable and Receivable to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial transactions, including processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and managing customer and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities:
Process and code vendor invoices accurately and timely
Reconcile vendor statements and investigate and resolve discrepancies
Review and process employee expense reports
Manage customer accounts, including invoicing, collections, and account reconciliations
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past due invoices
Work with internal teams to ensure accuracy of financial information
Assist with month-end close processes
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
2+ years of experience in accounts payable and receivable
Experience with accounting software (such as QuickBooks,SAP, or ERP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
