Key Skills and Responsibilities:AI Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement AI strategies focused on growth while managing risk, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution of AI projects.AI Program Management: Supervise AI program management, overseeing the development and deployment of AI models and algorithms, monitoring and evaluating performance.Change Management and Communications: Lead workshops and training sessions to educate team members and stakeholders on AI, model evaluation, and benchmarking, establishing effective change management and communications.Process Improvement: Implement changes to processes/workflows, introducing new tools for efficiency and productivity gains, collaborating with IT, operations, and data analytics teams on AI tools and capabilities.About This Role:This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving AI adoption and innovation across the organization.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML model lifecycle management, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.Prior experience in financial services or other highly regulated sectors is required.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML model lifecycle management.At least 3 years of direct experience with AI/ML model lifecycle management or deployment.Prior experience in financial services or other highly regulated sectors.Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (NIST AI).Experience with security best practices for AI development and deployments.Experience with identifying and communicating key risks to AI implementations.Extensive knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies.Exceptional leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire innovation within cross-functional teams.Proficiency in strategic planning, project management, and collaborative problem-solving.
