POSITION: Senior Brand Manager LOCATION: DubaiPURPOSE: The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for developing brand plans for water, ensuring timely and proper execution using a variety of tools/ data to drive volume and profitability. He/ She will be focused on achieving brand business objectives and working in a cross-functional environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: · Prepare and manage the A&P budget allocating funds by program and reconciling versus spends.· Know your consumer & competitors – gather and analyse competitor and customer insights to draw conclusions & provide recommendations.· Analyse data (sales, digital, financials, Nielsen, research, etc) to draw key conclusions and recommendation and develop an action plan accordingly.· Deploy marketing initiatives and own their implementation from ideation to execution.· Produce content in line with brand positioning/ addresses the marketing challenge that attracts and converts our target groups.· Identify research needs, execute research studies and analyze research to draw conclusions and recommendations into actionable plans.· Work with cross functional teams to manage initiatives to completion e.g. NPD, packaging change, productivity initiative, etc.· Align brand strategy with consumer led insights to generate the NPD funnel. Propose, manage and launch innovations based on consumer requirements and ability to deliver growth for the company. JOB REQUIREMENTS:· Bachelor/master’s degree in business/management · Marketeer with 6+ years of experience in growing B2C brands· Scope of working in markets outside GCC is an advantage.· Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.· Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques.· Demonstrate adaptability to be comfortable adapting plans to optimize results.· Good verbal and written communication skills
