Job Responsibilities:
– Manage sales in the Middle East & Africa regions.
– Create and manage regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
– Support dealers with day-to-day sales operation.
– Evaluate dealers’ retail sales performances and inventory status.
– Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
– Forecast monthly and annual sales plan.
– Develop new dealerships for a better performance in a strategic way.
– Put together sales material for training of dealers/customers.
– Develop and manage key accounts.
Job Requirements:
– Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Engineering, or equivalent.
– Language Skills: Fluent in English (Required) and Arabic (Preferred).
– Documentation Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel / PowerPoint / Word / Outlook).
– Experience: 8+ years of relevant work experience with expertise in Construction Equipment Sales/Service in the Middle East and Africa region.
– Travel Requirements: Frequent business trips to neighbouring countries in the Middle East and Africa.
