Agile Consultants is looking for a dynamic candidate for our client to work as a receptionist and support HR for administrative work.
Job Responsibilities:
– Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. – Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required. – Greet, assist and/or direct visitors. – Assist the Executive Director and other staff as requested. – Provide office support services. – Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies. – Receiving couriers and Arranging outbound Couriers. – Support the HR department in Admin work – Ticket bookings, Hotel bookings, ordering food for foreign delegates etc.
Job Requirements:
– Immaculate Personality.
– Communication – English B1 Level.
– Confident.
– Fast learner and flexible.
– Previously worked in a multicultural dynamic environment.
