Job Requirements:
• Bachelors/ Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related curriculum with +5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in Multiple OS platforms with strong emphasis on Linux (Ubuntu), Mac OS X, and Windows systems.
• Certifications: PMP; CAPAM.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent organization and technical documentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes like Incident, Problem Management.
• Fair Knowledge of Cloud Solutions such as Open Stack, AWS & Azure Cloud.
• Nationality: Arab national.
