Job Responsibilities:
– Analyze current Global Market/Economic Growth rate to forecast future economic growth rate.
– Analyze and forecast global maritime cargo volume forecast and fluctuation in global aviation capacity by routes before/after COVID-19.
– Analyze current logistics market in MENA/India region (regional infrastructure, international/domestic transportation, e-commerce, digital platform status, competitor trends).
– Define market-entry strategies based on current market in MENA/India region countries.
– Support Sales and Operation team by analyzing current business status in MENA region (biz size/type per industry).
– Establish business strategy and promptly respond to any market changes and continue to drive external sales revenue.
– Define sales goals in short/medium/long term.
– Define detailed business strategy for business expansion in short/medium/long term and support implementing the strategies.
– Manage and train Head of Sales team in each branches in MENA/India region.

Job Requirements:
– Bachelor degree in related business course.
– 5+ years’ experience in SCM, logistics and background in marketing and constituting is preferred.
– Logistics operation and IT system knowledge.
– Experience in working in MENA region (must be able to travel for business trips).
– Problem solving-the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
– Oral communication-the individual speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
– Well experienced in Global /Local Logistics operation.
– Experienced in drawing Warehouse layout using Sketch UP/Auto Cad/Demo3D or etc.
– Lead communication between HQ/Regional HQ/branches.
– Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from sales and customers.
– Ability to effectively present information to higher managements.
