Job Requirements:
• Must have 7-10 years of business development experience in the interior contracting industry.
• Proven business development or sales track record, preferably in the interior contracting industry or related fields.
• In-depth understanding of the interior contracting market, industry dynamics, and client needs.
• Strong network of contacts within the architecture, construction, and real estate sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our interior contracting services.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
