Job Description

We are looking for an Insurance Coordinator in Dubai with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in administration and insurance coordination processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing and coordinating various insurance-related tasks within AESG Group.
• Maintain and update insurance policy records of the employees and the company.
• Coordinate and facilitate policy issuance, renewals, registrations, and endorsements.
• Liaise with insurance companies and brokers to process all insurance-related concerns.
• Educate employees on policy coverage, terms, and conditions.
• Assist employees in navigating the claims process and addressing any issues.
• Addressing project-related inquiries and concerns related to insurance policies, extensions, and exclusions.
• Facilitate communication and information flow to ensure all parties are informed of policy renewals, changes, updates, and claim status.
• Ensure that all insurance activities adhere to legal and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate fits the below profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience.
• Relevant experience in insurance coordination or a related role.
• Strong understanding of insurance policies, terminology, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of risk assessment and claims processing procedures.
