AECOM’s Buildings team is currently hiring a Senior Interior Designer, to be based in our Abu Dhabi design Studio. The Senior Interior Designer plans, (including budget + resources), schedules, organizes, coordinates and executes the design work on any/all phases of development on small to medium scale projects (or distinct portions of larger projects), with regular interaction with an Associate or designated senior team member.

Responsibilities:
+ Take full responsibility for the development of the design process and deliverables, and liaise with internal and external design team, Contractor and sub-contractors.

+ Prepare the design project, brief writing and understanding of project deliverables/ goals and client aspirations.

+ Prepare and develop with the team where required, creative content, images, material & mood boards and other documents relating to RFP/ Bidding documents.

+ Write design proposals with the Director’ support, clear narrative, strong description of services and associated modelling of fees.

+ To seek continuing professional development thorough knowledge of and compliance with AECOM procedures and standards.

+ Prepare tender and contract/construction information.

+ B. Arch or BSc in Architecture or Interior Design.

+ International Accreditations in Architecture would be advantageous

+ A minimum of 8 years’ experience is required.

+ Experience in retail, hospitality or entertainment is required
