AECOM Hiring for Senior Engineer – Highways Job at Dubai Full Time

AECOM is seeking an experienced and proven professional for Track Alignment for UAE Office.

+ Being part of the management team responsible for reviewing and managing the design and construction of various major projects.

+ Being responsible for track alignment and track geometry for LRT, Transit, metro, and High Speedrail transportation projects.

+ Developing technical specifications for track systems together with the rail systems managers.

+ Ensuring that all design and implementation activities are performed with the highest safety and quality culture in mind and with the “best” industry practice.

+ Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process, and Gift and Entertainment policy

+ Should be a great motivator and an excellent Time Manager.

+ Have effective communication skills with good written and spoken English.

+ Have good attention to detail and correctness of all submissions.

+ Strong Leadership skills and role model requirements.

+ Relationship management and work winning skills with clients.

+ Profit and loss sensitivity is desired.

+ The role requires front-end engineering and design consulting skills. It requires global client interaction as well. It is not a back-office role.
