AECOM Hiring for Senior Architect Job at Dubai Full Time

AECOM Middle East’s Design Studio is expanding, and we’re currently seeking experienced Senior Architects to join us. The Senior Architects will be a part of a multidisciplinary team overseeing the design of landmark retail & hospitality projects.

Responsibilities:
+ Organises own and others work to achieve set deadlines

+ Responsible for the completeness & accuracy of own work. Responsible for the correctness, accuracy and complete multi-disciplinary coordination of the design documentation prepared by the assigned team

+ Leads design work on small to medium scale projects or particular packages for large projects ensuring project objectives are met, design instructions are implemented, and delivery is achieved within the set time and budget fee

+ Ensures the quality of technical work produced by team meets Client requirements and Industry standards

+ Ensures, directly and through subordinates, that projects are completed on time and meet all requirements of the Design Brief

+ Collaborates/communicates with other disciplines regarding coordination issues and common design tasks.

+ Confidently present work to colleagues, clients and stakeholders.

+ Responsible for making technical decisions regarding resolution of clashes between disciplines

Minimum Requirements

+ +10 years’ experience in luxury retail & hospitality projects in the Middle East or Asia

+ Certification in sustainability preferred such as LEED/Estidama

+ Revit proficiency preferred with experience in BIM project delivery

+ RIBA accreditation would be advantageous

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelors Degree in Architecture is required.
