Job Description
Manages a major project with high contract value, requiring complex coordination across multiple systems and processes.
Effectively resolves challenging and unusual business problems in areas of risk, financial, contract and resource management.
Successfully develops strategy, prepares proposals, negotiates contracts, and executes project.
Acts as primary point of contact with client and has full responsibility for project delivery.
Manages project teams of 15 or more members representing multiple business lines, working in remote locations, and includes management of subcontractor(s).
Possesses the ability to manage all aspects of a construction project including but not limited to contracts mangement, site progress, programming and scheduling, procurement, health and safety and quality.
Manages multiple stakeholders including but not limited to client teams, design consultants, contractors, vendors, operators and site teams.
Must have prior experience in managing project costs including cashflow forecasts, EACs, earned value, revenue generation and cost monitoring, A/R and variations.
Must have proven track record in managing high-rise and ultra luxury hospitality projects across geographies that include the Middle East, United States of America, United Kingdom, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Minimum required years of experience in the industry: 20 years.
Must possess previous experience on a construction site working as a project director for a multi-national entity.
Work experience in New York, Los Angeles and Singapore would be advantageous
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
