Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
– Proactively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
– Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of ADW SPORTS offerings.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions.
– Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities to stay ahead in the market.
– Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
– Minimum of 3 years’ successful sales experience in Dubai.
– Genuine interest in sports and fitness, with a strong understanding of related products and equipment.
– Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
– Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Arabic language skills are a plus.
– Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
– Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
– Proficiency in using technology and software for sales tracking and communication.
