Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:
Omni Channel Specialist Trade Zone Execution & Activation position is created to support the enhancement of the consumer experience within key Dubai Trade Zone, continuously driving best-in-class storytelling linking retail experience and adidas brand strategy across different channels to win consumer in Key City Locations.
Strategy & Priorities:
- Execute in line with the instruction of the Omni Channel manager the Omni Channel Trade Zone strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all consumer touch points (campaigns, events & activations, promotions, consumer marketing materials, instore communication & visual merchandising)
- Support in the delivery of the Omni Channel Marketing strategic roll-out plans for key Dubai Trade Zone (The Dubai Mall)
- Be aware of the cross channel planning with the Brand Comms team and Digital to ensure ‘one brand’ message
Seasonal Omni-Channel Marketing Calendar Planning & Execution
- Support the planning and execution of the yearly Omni Channel Marketing calendar for stores within Dubai Trade Zone. This calendar includes campaigns, store openings, fit outs/ remodels, traffic drivers and other activations
- Delivery of the calendar as defined by the on order book, strategic objectives of the stores, commerciality and market activity
- Support on communication with global counterparts linked to stores within Dubai Trade Zone
- Support on activation agency briefings for Dubai Trade Zone
- Work with the instore VM team for the development of VM planning & execution within Dubai Trade Zone
- Be agile to the changes in the order book and the prioritization of exeuctions based on updates to the brand calendar
- Execute the plan for the Trade Zone with strong internal and external cross functional collaboration
- Support the management of the Omni Channel MWB for Dubai Trade Zone to ensure a right investment decision as well as ROI analysis
- Compliantly raise POs and track supplier omni executions in the Trade Zone
- Ensure all report decks completed from a Trade Zone perspective together with integrated team

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Passion for the brand and high energy to deliver campaigns and connect with key stakeholders with enthusiasm
- Understanding of brand priorities, complemented with organizational and project management skills
- Sports Fashion & Retail knowledge
- Creative and innovative
- Strong collaborator with both internal and external parties

- Fluent in English and local language an advantage
- Knowledgeable in MS Office-with good command of excel and ppt
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- University degree in marketing and sales or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of retail marketing or activation agency experience
- In-store retail experience
- Previous Management experience is an advantage
