Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Key function role is to drive strategic alignment in the digital ecosystem by curating and creating calendars, campaign plans with input from all stakeholders and briefing internal teams/agencies for the launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead E2E digital campaign experience realization: create, manage and deliver global campaigns, collaborating with multiple teams and departments across the business to oversee the design, UX, development and QA, of a range of digital campaigns.
- Maintain holistic digital activation seasonal calendars, including commercial initiatives. (pre- and in season incl reactive)
- Coordinate and monitor digital implementation of campaigns and product drops on MENA websites incl. links for brand campaigns in collaboration with Global/hub stakeholders and local ecom and Brand teams
- Responsible for mapping the consumer journey to adidas.com.
- Interact with EM Digital Activation team to align on short term localization needs
- Lead Content planning for the digital channels (CRM, app, .com, affiliation, B2B, paid media (banners, display)):
- Define activation executions and content needs.
- Write creative briefs and evaluate work.
Experience & Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in internet marketing
- Understands digital media environment and best practices related to engagement, traffic, and sales
- Project planning, tracking and management
- Project management software and tools
- In depth knowledge of technical and creative aspects of digital and mobile
- Comfortable working with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
- Good communication skills, comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
- Highly organized, proactive and motivated
- Dealing with high pressure and being able to react in a calm and timely manner
- Ability to understand consumer behavior across the entire digital landscape
- Ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complex situations into actionable activities
