Adidas
- Responsible for all aspects of merchandising within the Adidas Franchise stores.
- Support the implementation of key strategic priorities in line with the company direction and the market merchandising framework, across all Franchise doors
- Plan, manage, and monitor the seasonal open to buy to reflect sales trends and adjust buys accordingly
- Utilize pre-season and in-season planning and projections throughout the year to ensure sufficient stock levels.
- Proactively provide relevant in depth analysis to support buying commitment decisions.
- Provide fact-based product input and feedback for internal/external stakeholders.
- Driving seasonal range in collaboration with Franchise Partners. Provide the historical analysis to effectively support and build the range/assortment plan.
- Analyze every aspect of best sellers and worst sellers, in season stock cover management and in season reactivity and provide recommendations based on analysis.
- Action the optimal flow of merchandise incl. fulfilment of product/marketing introduction deadlines/capacity planning.
- Specialize in merchandising systems and tools and eager to learn new systems to ensure smooth business operations.
- Regional: Sales Managers, Excellence, SCM, VM, TM, BU, DP, DTC Concept Stores Merch team
- Local: Franchise Partners, Concept stores
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Structured, organized, and process oriented
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Ability to think strategically, synthesize complex data and develop innovative solutions
- Excellent command of English, arabic would be an advantage
- Strong work ethic
- Intermediate to advanced MS office skills (Excel is a must)
- Understanding of relevant Retail management and back office systems
- Ability to travel when required
- University degree Marketing / Business/ Sales focus/ Economics
- 3-4 years merchandising experience – similar capacity
