Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Plan and manage MENA Go-to-Market (GTM) calendars for adidas. As well as coordinate, govern, drive synergies and executional excellence for Cluster GTM processes and milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare and communicate Cluster GTM calendars and timelines aligned with Emerging Market Calendar and Global milestones
- Plan, prepare and communicate timelines for Cluster GTM process steps and tasks
- Support and govern timely execution of GTM tasks and milestone completion
- Coordinate and facilitate Cluster GTM events
- Lead or support related projects
- Prepare templates and process documents
- Drive synergies and improve GTM and Marketing Operations related processes
- Work closely with key stakeholders across functions and departments, vertically and horizontally
- Assist with other Marketing Operations related tasks
Key Relationships:
- Cluster CTC (Concept to Consumer)
- Cluster DTC (Direct to Consumer)
- Cluster Channel Teams
- Other cross-functional teams, e.g. Purchasing, Finance, Customer Service,
- Sales Excellence, SCM
KPIs:
- Adherence to defined timelines and budgets
- Reporting on Marketing Operations KPI’s

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors in related field required, MBA preferred
- Professional experience in an operational driven environment (timelines, milestones, calendar management)
- Global mindset and ability to work cross-culturally; experience within different countries and/or different cultures
- Fluent in English
