We are currently recruiting for Lead ID Architect for our leading client. ID Architect will be responsible for preparing ID Lead Architect must be able to manage the project during all phases of the work. Experience with residential and Hospitality Interiors is essential.ID Architect must be able to manage the project during all phases of the work.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strong creative thinker with the ability to lead the creative process and develop intelligent , thoughtful and considered design.
Good understanding of the construction process, working with consultant teams and leading your design team through concept and developed design processes
Ability to communicate design ideas visually and verbally within the studio and externally, have excellent
English language skills both written and verbal
Sector focus on Residential projects, with sectors of Hospitality, F&B and Retail being a bonus.
Will be responsible for creating concepts, developing design ideas, designing to budgets, and
Managing projects and teams from project inception through completion under the direction of the direction of the Senior ID Architect.
Must demonstrate knowledge of contract documents, specifications & design
Documentation, product & supplier resources, FF&E and OSE services, and regional design codes.
Must assist in preparation and reviewing of DD and IFC packages to the highest standard.
Requirements:
Minimum BA hons in Interior design/interior architecture or architecture
Advanced skills in SketchUp/InDesign/Photoshop required
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to brief and work alongside technicians overseeing packages to protect the
design intent
