Exciting 12 month renewable contract to be based on site with one of our clients
Reporting to Account Manager
Job requirements;

  • Provide end to end Administrative support
  • Act as advisor for on site outsourced staff for daily operations and queries
  • Update databases daily
  • Ensuring 100% compliance is followed in accordance with UAE Labor law and internal processes
  • Timely Management of onboarding and offboarding
  • Prepare pricing for all Contract renewals and extensions, and new hires
  • Use timesheet system and ensure all timesheets are submitted on timely manner
  • Direct contact with team of HR admins, PRO team, Payroll team, Account Manager and Branch Manager.
  • Provide first line support for any recruitment needs- liaise with sourcing team for support
  • Preparing letters such as NOC’s, Salary certificates etc.

Skills required;

  • Proficient in Excel, Word
  • Quick learner
  • Adaptable to new software
  • Excellent communication
  • Fluent English
