Exciting 12 month renewable contract to be based on site with one of our clients
Reporting to Account Manager
Job requirements;
- Provide end to end Administrative support
- Act as advisor for on site outsourced staff for daily operations and queries
- Update databases daily
- Ensuring 100% compliance is followed in accordance with UAE Labor law and internal processes
- Timely Management of onboarding and offboarding
- Prepare pricing for all Contract renewals and extensions, and new hires
- Use timesheet system and ensure all timesheets are submitted on timely manner
- Direct contact with team of HR admins, PRO team, Payroll team, Account Manager and Branch Manager.
- Provide first line support for any recruitment needs- liaise with sourcing team for support
- Preparing letters such as NOC’s, Salary certificates etc.
Skills required;
- Proficient in Excel, Word
- Quick learner
- Adaptable to new software
- Excellent communication
- Fluent English
