We are currently looking for an Italian Chef who will be responsible for supervision, production and quality of all items produced and served in their kitchen.
Main Responsibilities:
Menu planning. Regularly reviews existing menus and cycles. Proposes new items and coordinates menu development.
Directly involved in menu construction and engineering.
Supervises the functions of his assigned kitchen employees, facilities and cost to ensure maximum food and beverage departmental profit is achieved.
Establishes and maintains effective employee relations.
Ensures proper taking of inventory for all food items in his assigned kitchens. To train staff on use and cleaning of all the machinery, equipment and utensils.
Candidates must have UAE experience and currently in the UAE.
