The Role
We are looking for a passionate and energetic HRBP to join the HR Team. Reporting to the Head of HR, the HRBP will: – Support HR Head in developing HR Agenda, HR Strategies, policies and practices – Ensure Comp & Bens group policy is adhered to – Evaluate staff needs – Coordinate with HODs – Manage Staff Welfare – Improve and monitor employee productivity – Act as the main HR point of contact for business units – Coach and advise HODs on best practice – Manage all disciplinary procedures – Conduct HR Induction for all new joiners

Requirements
Minimum 5 years experience with HR Experience handling multiple business units Exceptional Communication High End Hospitality Experience Previous experience managing a small team A positive, can do attitude
