Role ObjectiveReview activities pertaining to the monitoring, evaluation and reporting of strategic and operational performance with the aim to identify performance gaps and divergences and rectify them through corrective action plans2. Key Responsibilities/AccountabilitiesGrowth & Sustainability related :• Execute all assigned tasks and to ensure that these are executed efficiently, accurately and in a timely manner• Report on the overall performance and work progress of tasks assignedCustomer related:• Execute all internal customer facing transactions in line with ADDC strategy resulting in higher satisfaction and timely delivery of services• Ensure that internal customer needs, problems and requests are recorded and addressed in a timely manner• Ensure the delivery of a world-class business services experienceOperational Excellence related:• Collaborate with the Strategic Planning & Corporate Performance Section Manager and other functional managers to review the set performance measures, i.e., key performance indicators (KPIs) and targets, ensuring that the rational, objectives and key drivers behind them are clear• Advise the various business units on their performance tracking mechanism and frequency of tracking to allow for convenient performance monitoring throughout the year• Collaborate with the IT Department and external IT vendors for designing and implementing automated systems for ADDC’s performance monitoring, evaluation and reporting activities• Review ADDC’s annual business performance against the set KPIs and targets based on the performance data obtained from each business unit• Review consolidated performance evaluation reports on the business and financial performance, highlighting key performance gaps, reasons for performance gaps as well as their causes and effects• Collaborate with the various business units to interpret performance evaluation findings and agree on solutions and action plans for remedying performance divergences based on the recommendations of the Executive Management team• Assist the other units in promoting the adoption of leading practices to enhance ADDC’s performance• Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and processes to enhance continuous business improvement in line with international best practicesPerformance Driven Organization related:• Acquire the required skills and knowledge through appropriate training programsIn addition to the above, the incumbent shall also perform all other duties assigned by line manager.Technical • Strategy Planning & development• Process Design and Planning• Knowledge of P&U Regulations/ Frameworks• Knowledge of P&U industry.
