Job Location : UAE

Responsibilities:

• Build a new Sales Team.
• Developing, lead, support, set expectations, and hold regular accountability sessions with the team
• Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients.
• Develop and promote sales KPIs.
• Design & conduct an effective training program to train new and existing consultants.
• Develop and implement sales strategies
• Team management, learning, and career development of the Sales team
• Effectively communicate and drive the Achiever Properties’ business goals as it relates to Agents’ goals, and/or needs
• Well versed with UAE RERA/ DREI laws and train employees to be ready for the License exams.

Job Details :

• Minimum 5- 10 years UAE Real Estate experience required
• Minimum 2 Years in Management.
• Strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Experience working with targets and deadlines.
• Sales management, team leadership, and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop effective sales strategies and implement them successfully
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
