**Accounts Payable Executive Job Summary**We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team in our Head Office in Tecom Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years experience, with at least 3 years ideally in F&B/FMCG/Retail and must have working experience in Oracle Net Suite.**Key Responsibilities:**Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with payment terms and company policies.Coordinate with finance team members to ensure timely payment of invoices.Maintain relationships with vendors, resolve any discrepancies or issues regarding invoices or payments, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth transactions.Assist in the preparation of expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.Reconcile accounts payable transactions, monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date, and resolve any discrepancies.**Requirements:**At least 8 years experience in finance, preferably in F&B/FMCG/Retail.3+ years experience in Oracle Net Suite.Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial concepts and ratios.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
