You will collaborate closely with the Manager, People & Culture to implement strategies that promote employee engagement, development, and well-being within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of our team members throughout their journey.ResponsibilitiesEmployee Engagement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.Performance Management: Aid in performance evaluation processes and provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.Policy and Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, providing guidance to staff as needed.Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.Culture Enhancement: Contribute to initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.HR Administration: Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing employee data.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to support organizational goals and initiatives.QualificationsQualifications:Proven experience in human resources or related field, with at least 2 years in a similar role preferred.Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Additional InformationWe are dedicated to fostering your growth and success every step of the way.
